Dr. Eric George is a world-renowned hand surgeon, serial entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and author. He is the founder and CEO of ERG Enterprises, founder and CEO of Hand Center of Louisiana, and CEO of Omega Hospital. Nationally regarded as among the most successful investors in the Southeastern United States, George continues a legacy of outperforming benchmarks and achieving higher risk-adjusted returns than the market. His investment expertise is complimented by his strong record as an entrepreneur, establishing leading organizations focused on enhancing the consumer experience in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or other industries. Most recently, George and his investment company, ERG Enterprises, have entered the senior living market, partnering with LifeCare Properties, a leading developer, to launch a series of resort-style senior housing communities in Texas and other states. The partnership will leverage George’s investment and operational expertise in the luxury healthcare and hospitality markets. George is also a nationally recognized thought leader on entrepreneurship and investing. He frequently contributes articles to publications such as Forbes and Entrepreneur and regularly appears on leading podcasts and other media. As a philanthropist, George established the Colonel Aaron C-Dot George Scholarship at Marshall University, an annual fund named after his brother who died as a fighter pilot in a training accident.
