Sheila Callaham is a cofounder and executive director of Age Equity Alliance (AEA), a US-based nonprofit that fosters best-in-class workplaces for all ages. Founded in January 2020, AEA works globally to create a more inclusive work culture. Education, training and promoting a longevity mindset advantage enhances talent and business sustainability. Sheila's experience spans corporate communications, public relations, and relationship-building across private, public and non-profit sectors in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.
