Shane Enete is an associate professor of finance at Biola University. His research centers on financial wellbeing and behavioral finance, which shows that money is a matter of both the head and the heart. Enete also researches ESG investing, faith-driven investing, and charitable giving. He is the author of the recently published book, Whole Heart Finances, which explores the intersection of faith and finances. Prior to working as a professor, Enete was an investment research professional for 10 years for large institutional asset managers. During this time, Enete obtained the following professional designations: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Enete holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a M.S. in Mathematical Finance from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and a Ph.D. in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University.
