Antonia Bowring prides herself on being a candid coach and serving as an objective sounding board to numerous executives and leaders. For Antonia, the essence of coaching is helping her clients to lead effectively through change. Specifically, Antonia challenges executives in new roles or circumstances to shift their thoughts and behaviors to drive success as their management and strategic responsibilities multiply and evolve. To start, Antonia pushes her clients to examine their self-narratives and how they are impacting current behaviors and actions. This work is combined with gathering workplace perceptions to build an action plan that leverages her client’s strengths and addresses major gaps in pursuit of success metrics and goals. Antonia’s clients also explore how their personal coaching successes have far-ranging impacts for their teams and beyond. In her coaching, Antonia draws upon her deep corporate experience including real estate, finance, management consulting and healthcare services; and her extensive nonprofit credentials. Her approach prioritizes negotiation and persuasion models, management consulting and facilitation frameworks, and well-researched coaching best practices based on neuroscience. A list of representative clients includes Acumen, CHIEF, Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher, International Farming Corp., Generation Capital Partners, Momofuku, Photoshelter, The Durst Organization, Kings County Hospital Center and the International Rescue Committee.
