In her role, Bell leads initiatives focused on supporting small businesses and advancing career pathways. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals and businesses so they can thrive. Before Truist’s formation through the merger of equals between SunTrust and BB&T, Bell spent more than 20 years with SunTrust, where she served as enterprise community reinvestment act officer and managed the bank’s Community Development program for over a decade.
