Prashant brings 20+ years of varied experience in technology products from startups to enterprises. In his current role, he works as a Technical Product Manager/Enterprise Architect for Ivis Technologies - a B2B SaaS provider in compliance & ESG space. He works with Ivis Partners in defining, designing, and developing solutions that transform manual and semi-digital business-critical processes into digital solutions. Currently, he is working on creating ESG compliance & reporting solutions for vendor supply chain networks. Previously Prashant was a Business Head/ Head of Technology & Operations for gocoop - an award-winning social venture bringing weavers and artisanal products directly to customers. He was responsible for Gocoop's online e-commerce store, offline retail & B2B business. He was able to grow the business 2.5X YoY while improving cost economics. He also architected a customer B2B order system with a back-end ERP system with integrated inventory management and payment. Prior to gocoop, he managed Business Intelligence programs at Goldman Sachs for the Bank Loans product group. He defined BI strategy & charted a roadmap to integrate 20+ disparate systems to funnel data into GS Data Lake. He also defined solutions that provide information & intelligence for critical decisions in optimizing people & operations. He also has 10 years of pure technology experience as a co-founder of a start-up. He started his career product developer to eventually grew to a head of technology, product & business head. He has worked in multiple technology stacks primarily in .NET & Java & has managed on-shore & off-shore teams. Prashant interests lie in developing user loved products that solve critical business issues
