Born in 1977, married, and father of twins.Coming from a family of factory workers, I started working at 18 as a farm laborer, later transitioning to the metalworking industry while holding a part-time job as a waiter. Determined to grow, I pursued further education while working full-time, earning a diploma in mechanical engineering. I then completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, followed by a Master’s in Economics and International Law. My drive for continuous learning led me to further specialization, completing two executive programs: a Master’s in Sales & Marketing at Bologna Business School and a Design Thinking program at MIT in Boston. Along the way, I obtained key certifications, including Innovation Manager (RINA), an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation (MIT), and a C1 Advanced English certification.
