Pramod Badjate has over two decades of experience in enterprise networking and software. He currently serves as President & General Manager of NETGEAR for Business, where he leads efforts to deliver integrated networking and security solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises—combining enterprise-grade reliability and support with much-needed simplicity and ease of use. Previously, as Group Vice President and GM of Arista Networks’ Cognitive Campus business, Pramod drove strong growth and led major deployments across Fortune 1000 organizations. Before that, at RUCKUS Networks, he served as SVP & GM, overseeing rapid expansion and pioneering several industry-leading innovations in Wi-Fi. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the development of one of the most successful enterprise Wi-Fi solutions at Airespace, which was later acquired by Cisco, where he held senior engineering leadership roles. A passionate outdoor enthusiast, Pramod enjoys exploring new Bay Area hiking trails—though his Australian Labradoodle, Momo, often insists that the best adventures are still found at the local park.
