With specialties in software product management and extensive development experience, I currently oversee 1,000+ employees on three continents and lead marketing and product development as the CEO of Syncfusion. I started as a software product manager. After mastering the workflows of enterprise software development while working on the industry-leading Objective Grid at Stingray Software, I proved my capacity for leadership at Rogue Wave Software, where I managed the development and strategic planning of the Objective Studio collection of MFC extensions. I co-founded Syncfusion, Inc. in 2001 with the goal of producing and actively supporting enterprise-class Microsoft .NET software components. I served as Vice President for 18 years, leading the company's growth from eight employees and a Windows Forms grid component, to hundreds of employees worldwide, over 1,600 components on a dozen platforms, and a line of ready-to-deploy enterprise software products called Bold BI, Bold Reports, and BoldSign. One of the values we’ve built the company around is giving back to the development community, like publishing the free Succinctly series of technology ebooks and supporting new developers locally. In 2020, I was appointed Syncfusion's CEO. I lead our sales, marketing, and product development teams, and work with our board of directors on the best path to success.
