David Kelley is the chief financial officer at Diesel Laptops, the premier provider of diagnostic solutions and repair information for the commercial truck and off-highway industry. At Diesel Laptops, David oversees all aspects of finance, strategic planning, corporate development, human resources, and information technology. Prior to joining Diesel Laptops, David provided CFO advisory and on-demand services to mid-sized companies and technology startups. David has also held senior financial leadership roles in both public and privately held companies, including Fidelity Investments, Cendant Corporation, Eclipse Aerospace and UNUM. David is a transformational financial leader who has helped numerous companies turn the corner and rebuild successfully. He is passionate about helping businesses realize their potential and achieve success through financial and business strategies, technology applications and personnel development. His experience with private equity-backed portfolio companies and bootstrapped investor/family office structures has given him extensive insight into strategic planning, financial expertise and helping other leaders get buy-in throughout the organization. David is a CPA and received his bachelor’s degree in public accounting from Husson University and his master’s degree in taxation from Seton Hall’s Stillman School of Business.
