I am a marketing champion/Salesforce-certified architect currently heading Salesforce practice for Eigen X, a technology consulting company in PA. I specialize in manufacturing, higher ed and financial service industries, and architect solutions in marketing automation, AI, and CRM solutions. For manufacturers, I help them to increase sales and reduce cost using CRM solutions for sales and service, marketing automation to increase channel sales with partner solutions, AI-driven chatbots to reduce service response times, and predictable forecasting solutions with the recurring run-rate business. For public, private, Ivies, and community colleges, I help to increase enrollment and retention through strategic and tactical services on CRM, marketing automation, integration, predictive analytics, and student portals. For financial services, I help in increasing referrals across multiple channels like retail, online banks, and marketing automation solutions with individual and corporate clients. I am passionate about reducing the gap between IT and business and currently help mid-level IT executives brand themselves, differentiate and elevate their careers to the C-suite. I am an author, blogger, and create articles that are strategic and tactical for IT executives, Salesforce CRM folks, marketers in higher education, and manufacturing industry. I am an active speaker in the community and have done more than 50 presentations on topics for higher education, manufacturing with Salesforce in Dreamforce, higher ed summit, and other Salesforce user groups and communities. I love to volunteer my time and run an innovative group helping folks who lost their jobs recently due to Covid-19 to find jobs in the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
