I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Enthought, a company powering digital transformation for scientific R&D. I hold a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and a doctorate from Harvard University. I'm a learning scientist with a background in robotics, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and software engineering. I'm passionate about using data science to solve practical problems, from data mining to predictive modeling to adaptive learning design. Previously, I was a software design engineer for Microsoft and also served as a faculty member at Harvard University, Dartmouth College, and The University of Texas at Austin. I also co-founded and led education startup Native Brain, and have consulted to organizations across a range of industries.
