Peter is an experienced senior executive in the technology and communications sectors, currently responsible for Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications at a major multinational software provider Specialties: Big Data/Analytics, Retail Analytics, IOT, Private equity, Mobile communications, strategy, data services, outsourcing, business development, M&A, valuations, due diligence, post merger integration, emerging markets, Cloud, broadband, regulation, telecommunications Previously, Peter led a Cisco team providing C-level consulting projects for Cisco Systems most strategic clients globally. Projects included leading IOT implementation for a major telecommunications customer, creating and launching Cisco's Digital Retail analytics solution with several major retail customers, developing a 'Cloud' strategy for a major Service Provider, advising the Governments of UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco and South Africa on communications and broadband strategy, developing fixed/mobile convergence strategies and many more. Previously a General Manager at Motorola leading their Professional Services organisation in EMEA, having joined as the first employee and built the business unit from scratch and latterly as a founding member of RSM Robson Rhodes Strategic Consulting. Peter has experience of successfully building start-up practices in three separate consulting companies. Peter scored in the 96th percentile on Watson Glazer Critical Thinking & Deductive Reasoning paper. Peter participated in Cisco’s e-ALF (An accelerated leadership development programme for high potential employees, which focuses on solving real business problems) and his team won a number of awards at the end of the programme.
