I am an avid believer in two things. 1. We spend about 90% of our time in buildings. Real estate has a profound impact on how we feel and work, and ultimately, on our health. 2. Sports has the power to transform one's life. Not only is it a powerful venue to connect and unite people from different backgrounds, ages, races and genders, sports is pivotal for our physical, as well as mental health. I began my career in finance at Neuberger Berman and later spent time at Actis before founding Motko, an operating platform at the intersection of real estate, health, and technology. I focus on investments and portfolio strategy across people-centric real estate — living, hospitality, and healthcare — where wellness integration unlocks demand, premiums, and resilience. What began on the tennis court — where discipline, resilience, and well-being drive performance — now shapes how I think about the built environment. At Motko, we bring these lessons to real estate, creating spaces that support well-being, unlock demand, and future-proof investments. Just as tennis is more than a game — recognized as one of the healthiest sports for longevity and well-being — buildings can be more than structures. They can be catalysts for health and long-term value. I am excited to bring better environments to more communities.
