Andrew serves as the firm's President and leads strategic growth and operational execution across the company. Since joining FNRP in 2016, Andrew has helped grow the firm from two assets to approaching $2 billion in total acquisitions closed, spanning 60+ properties in 26 states. He built and led the investor relations platform, expanding the investor base to over 3,000 members and raising more than $920 million in equity. He also championed the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), fostering alignment and efficiency across teams. Before FNRP, Andrew worked in commercial property management and business development, where he gained foundational experience in operations and infrastructure. His leadership has been recognized by GlobeSt’s “Best Bosses in CRE” list and NJBIZ's "Commercial Real Estate Power List". He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Montclair State University.
