Whether through 1:1 coaching, immersive workshops, and transformative retreats, I guide my clients to take bold, purpose-driven actions that elevate their business and life design. Born to a Ukrainian mother and a Sierra Leonean father, I've navigated a multicultural upbringing and faced adversity early on. At age 7, I survived the civil war in Sierra Leone, depicted in the film Blood Diamond, and by age 16, I earned a scholarship to study in the U.S. My journey took me from chemical engineering at WPI to cancer research at Novartis. But it was through building a clinic for 25,000 people in Sierra Leone, backed by the Gates Foundation, that I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and long-lasting impact. My experience at tech startups, along with my MBA from Stanford, MPA from Harvard, and certifications in professional coaching, have shaped my life design practice. Today, I find deep purpose in empowering others to lead impactful, well-designed lives.
