I am a business behavioral expert focusing on how curiosity, perception, emotional intelligence, and other factors influence corporate culture, innovation, engagement, and productivity. I serve as faculty for several universities, including Duke Corporate Education, and sit on multiple boards, including the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue. I am a Fulbright Specialist and member of Thinkers50 Radar. My past roles include serving as the MBA Program Chair at the Forbes School of Business and Technology and accumulating decades of experience across many industries, including pharmaceuticals, lending, and software. I have authored multiple books and assessments required in universities worldwide, including Cracking the Curiosity Code, Curiosity Unleashed, and the Curiosity Code Index®, the first assessment to identify the factors that inhibit curiosity. My insights can help individuals break free from status-quo thinking, adapt to change, and remain relevant in a rapidly evolving environment. To learn more, go to CuriosityCode.com
