Dianne A. Plummer is a passionate leader in energy, sustainability, and STEM education. As a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager, she uses her expertise to drive impactful energy auditing projects through her consultancy, STEM Spark Solutions.With a background in Chemical Engineering and dual master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and Aalto University in Finland, Dianne has led transformative initiatives in here career in sustainability, electric utility, oil and gas and education. As an advocate for STEM education, Dianne is the author of three STEM children’s books: Science in the Sun, A Girl’s Guide to STEM and A Jolly STEM Christmas. She has donated over 500 books to rural and underserved Jamaican schools, empowering the next generation to explore science and technology. Dianne is driven by the belief that "Life is not linear," always striving for growth and meaningful impact.
