At Cato I write on and research issues relating to how technology affects laws and regulations, such as police body cameras and the sharing economy. Before coming to Cato, I worked at Reason magazine as assistant editor of Reason.com. I have also worked at The American Conservative, the Liberal Democrats, and the Institute of Economic Affairs. I am a dual British/American citizen and received both my B.A and M.A in philosophy from the University of Reading in England.
