I am a Professor at U.S. Marine Corps University, and a consultant on Geopolitical Risk, Security, Law, and Leadership. I teach these subjects, International Law, and the Law of War to U.S. and foreign military officers. I have briefed senior U.S. Department of Defense officials on my award-winning research on Information Warfare, Lawfare, and Corporate Social Responsibility. I participated in negotiations for the U.N. Global Compact for Migration, speaking regularly before world leaders at the U.N. I have spoken about my research and hot political topics for audiences on four continents. I am a Dean’s Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center, an Affiliated Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Fox Leadership International Program, and a Research Consultant at Ben Pappas Leadership and Life Coaching.
