I am a food writer and scholar based in Boston, MA. I earned my undergraduate degree from Emerson College and a Master’s Degree in Gastronomy from Boston University, studying how food defines and informs consumers’ communities and identities. I am passionate about the stories food can tell that extend far beyond the plate, and I write about them with a strong narrative voice and keen interest in anthropological research. Beyond the center aisles, I tell stories of quirky food histories, gender in the kitchen, and innovative agriculture in New England and beyond.
