I am a managing director for The Broad Center, a national non-profit founded by billionaire philanthropist Eli Broad. Focused on leadership development, the center annually partners with 40+ organizations and trains 80+ leaders. For the past ten years, I’ve recruited and developed talent across the country – and I learn more from them than they from me. I earned degrees in economics and psychology from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Stanford.
