As CEO of CHD Expert, I am focused on expanding the restaurant industry’s knowledge base and sharing this intelligence with restaurants and foodservice operators, as well as their suppliers and other key players. I’ve worked for Technomic Inc., the leading food research and consulting firm, for more than 24 years. As President, I directed the research and advisory groups, as well as products and programs, but my particular expertise and interests revolve around the ways that brands differentiate themselves and stay relevant to today’s evolving consumers. I frequently speak to industry groups and am often tapped by the media, from The Today Show and Fox News to The New York Times and USA Today.
