As the Global Head of Digital Consumer Research at Euromonitor International, I oversee our digital research to provide actionable insights and in-depth analyses into how technology is fundamentally changing commerce. Recognized as a thought leader in digital commerce, I was named to Innotribe’s 2015 Power Women in Fintech and profiled as a Woman on Top in Tech by Asian Entrepreneur. I have shared my expertise across industry events, including Money 20/20, Trustech, Mobile Shopping and CONNECT Mobile Innovation Summit in the capacity as a speaker, chairperson or juror. Leveraging my master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, I’ve authored columns in Mobile Payments Today and PaymentsSource and have been quoted in several publications globally. I write and speak about the technological advances that are shaping the way consumers browse and buy goods and services.
