I’m a science, tech and entertainment writer and TV producer. I wrote the book, “The Science of On-Camera Acting,” in conversation with Dr. Paul Ekman about the camera’s unique perspective on the human face. My background in film and television, both as a producer and a performer, led to investigating and reporting on the neuroscience of creativity, what’s happening when the brain is innovating and how artists can integrate science and technology into their creative process. I also report on AI/robotics and ways to identify the emergence of machine consciousness. Follow me on Twitter @draisymorris where you’ll find a stream of science, tech, art and humor.
